高海寧對番茄薯仔煲魚湯愛不釋手，白色濃湯甜滋滋又無腥味，老闆老虎說，秘訣在於煲魚湯不放魚袋，任魚肉和魚骨煮爛、煮溶，自然就成為香濃魚湯了。 平時吃鮑魚不外乎蒸、炆、扣，老虎厭倦了這些吃法，創造了椒鹽鮑魚的獨特口味，但鮑魚要做到外脆內嫩，處理的步驟是關鍵！老虎更放棄用薑和豉油蒸魚的方法，選用海盬蒸魚，保留海鮮的原汁原味。米高蝦餅和客家鹹菜炆豬肉更包含著濃濃人情味！
